The most obvious townships in need of electricity are those that are outside of the bounds of the preexisting power grid are in need of electricity. We were able to obtain some predictions regarding the Myanmar government's plan to expand the grid over the course of the next ten years. Townships marked in red are those which the government is not planning to expand the grid in the next ten years.
